Adam Baz (of Hawk on Hand) is a professional falconer, biologist, and all-around outdoorsman. His work studying birds of prey has taken him throughout the mountains and deserts of California and Oregon, and he now specializes in urban falconry here in LA. He offers interactive experiences where participants can hold and fly these majestic creatures.
